1. Make sure you're signed into the correct Microsoft account on your Xbox One console
2. From the Home screen, scroll right to Store.
3. Scroll down and select Use a code.
4. Follow the instructions on the screen to redeem your gift card or code.

From Windows 10 Device:

1. On your Windows 10 device, select Microsoft Store  on the taskbar.
2. In Microsoft Store, select the See more  menu (located next to the Search  box on the upper right side of the page).
3. Select Redeem a code. If you aren't already signed in, sign in to the Microsoft account on which you want to redeem the code. 
4. Enter the 25-character code, and then select Redeem. Don’t worry about hyphens, the system takes care of those for you.
